Are we on the verge of a complete job replacements ?Could universities prepare to understand the new emerging market and therefore reshape their curriculum.

If you don’t prepare your workspace to adapt to the new technology trend of using generative AI and its application, you and your company will face severe consequences. The term severe consequences probably seems to be overwhelming in this context. However, I intend to use it to show the dilemma for those companies that are still working in an old-fashioned way, not only companies but different education sectors and nations. For decades, many big companies that have very big market values have been using these technologies to accelerate their progress and improve their efficiency in the workspace. Small companies are struggling with their small financial capital and in the efficiency sectors, trying to compete with those with power Teaching us lessons on the hard work and struggles in the workspace. The main point is that competing with those with higher capabilities and powers seems impossible to achieve without adapting to the new technological era requirements.
You distract yourself with non-scene , fall behind on connecting the ideas
Learning the principles of any job is undoubtedly essential, depending on the generative AI is as well inevitable. Many small tasks in your daily routine works can distract your main mission makes it impossible to connect your ideas to a creative one. For example as a research and content creators , it seems hard to work efficiently , while spent hours in finding the suitable journal article for my topic, Using generative AI seems to efficiently reduce the time for the search and read , while I can concentrate on the meaningful and the most important article to read through and investigate. However the question of the job loss for unskilled worker is another issue that need to be discussed and legitimately investigated and outside of scope of this article , just a small reminder of the social aspect of the new era.

Many researches are going on imitating some humans version not just as a software bots , but also with a hardware version that can replace many jobs. Falling behind in the race and adapting these tools to work for you will eventually , replace you. It imitate your version exactly with every single word , predict your emotion , predict every word you saying. Not just using the machine learning feature but with advanced research in quantum physics.
There will be no longer a place for individuals and groups that are AI illiterate
Unfortunately, capitalism has no place for people in social needs , just pure capitalism is a place for richer individuals looking to get richer and richer , while others are struggling with basic needs. For no doubt , such innovation wouldn’t help those with a lower skills and can’t find a place for them. being AI illiterate , not only illiterate will undoubtedly create no place for efficient work place , hybrid skilled individuals will replace you so he will be more efficient and fast in the work space.
A complete emerging market are reshaped now and many sectors should understand the new requirements
It is not just about autonomicity anymore; it is about another level of human understanding. Integrating these tools into the machine for autonomous purposes is likely to create an emerging market with new emerging skills. Teaching new market skills in many academic areas is mandatory to adapt; of course, it is not about teaching how to use ChatGPT and Gemini, but teaching skills in machine learning theory and applications. Some automation for small tasks should be in the curriculum.
